Van Tatenhove was confirmed by the United States Senate as United States Attorney (Eastern District of Kentucky) on September 15, 2001. Prior to his confirmation, Mr. Van Tatenhove served for over seven years as Chief of Staff and Legal Counsel to United States Representative Ron Lewis.
