The Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee (LECC) was created by the United States Attorney to enhance cooperation and coordination among all federal, state and local law enforcement and prosecution officials within the District of Kansas. The LECC currently has approximately 650 members with representatives from 103 counties. Individual law enforcement members include officers and agents from state, local, and federal agencies, as well as investigative agents and prosecutors from the United States military. Many of the LECC members are law enforcement managers and executives who are in a decision making capacity with their agencies.
