LOUIS, MISSOURI - Gambro Healthcare will pay more than $350 million in criminal fines and civil penalties to settle allegations of healthcare fraud in the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri, James G.
